\nThe activity primarily focuses on the production of barrier films<\/strong>, but thanks to the know-how acquired, the company can provide consultancy for the development of other industrial packaging films.<\/p>\n

One Life<\/strong>, through a research process based on laboratory tests, sampling, and operational trials in real-world contexts, has always pursued the goal of obtaining a product capable of ensuring maximum technical performance. Features<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1717657300898{margin-top: 20px !important;}”]Following the request of a leading manufacturer of packaging machines, One Life<\/strong> initiated an analytical and detailed study<\/strong> of the characteristics of flat compression systems for polyurethane blocks and mattresses. In 2018<\/strong>, the company began producing a barrier film specifically designed<\/strong> for this application.
\nThe goal was to offer a solution to some of the issues that the previously used product, intended for food packaging, could not address.<\/p>\n

The main feature of the barrier film created by One Life is its different layer arrangement; thanks to this structure<\/strong>, once unrolled, the film remains perfectly flat<\/strong> and does not exhibit the defect known as “curling<\/strong>,” which is the curling along the outer edges, a characteristic more or less present in other products on the market.<\/p>\n
